My day job is a school portrait photographer for Tempest, but I try to fill the rest of my time taking photos, both as freelance and as a hobby. I've always had an interest in photography, from long ago in school spending hours in the darkroom slowly developing black and white rolls, but it wasn't until travelling around Australia that the spark turned into a flame and I decided to turn my hobby into a career.

After returning to the UK I joined the country's biggest school portraits company covering primary and seconday schools over a large area of Northern Ireland, and I'm currently studying towards a Level 2 City & Guilds qualification in Photography, having already achieved the level 1 certificate and an OCN Digital Photography (Level 3) qualification.
